To participate in any of our programs, advance registration is mandatory. If you wish to attend a workshop that has already started, kindly ensure to call us beforehand to confirm its availability.

Withdrawal from a workshop incurs a $5 administrative fee if done at least 10 business days prior to the first session.
If you’d like, you have the option to leave your workshop fees as a credit within the system. This credit can be applied to any workshop or event at any point within the next year. However, it’s important to note that the credit will expire after 12 months.
Leah K. Diome and Purple Dragonfly Trading Post will provide full refunds exclusively in the event of a cancellation of a workshop or event.
When you withdraw from a workshop:
If you withdraw from the program 10 working days before the first session, there will be a $5 administration fee. If fees are kept as credit, this fee won’t apply. If you withdraw within 10 working days of the first class, you’ll be refunded or credited 50% of the fees.
There is no refund or credit on:
- one-time events or workshops,
- after the workshop has started
