About us

Hi there, I’m Leah Diome! It is so nice to finally meet you.

I am an Indigenous licensed health and wellness educator from the Kanien’kehaka Wolf Clan. I intuitively know that anyone who lands on this page is a wonderful person. You were led here for a reason, you were meant to do incredible things. Connect with me as I help you improve yourself as a whole. My sole duty is to build a community of driven individuals that want to unlock their potential, physically, emotionally, socially, and, intellectually. This growth begins with taking a chance. I will further help you recognize and awaken more of your inner strengths.

Through my studies in health and stress management, I will teach you the importance of taking care of your mind, body, and spirit. This will be done through holistic and traditional techniques, deriving from Indigenous culture. I am confident my methods aid in becoming the healthiest and highest version of yourself.

Its Time for you to Relax and Soar!

Time: 6-7:30 pm
Honorarium : $150
Cost of Supplies: $25 (herbs, herbals tea blends, hand-outs, etc)
Participants: 8-15 participants. Instruct to bring a mason jar or cup to take home a warm tea blend
What we will do: Learn how to thrive under pressure and ease into the new year
How: Identify internal and external stressors, Explore and experience holistic health techniques and herbal tea blends, investing in our physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological well-being, we will de-stress and embrace life.

Harvest Exchange

Time: 10 AM to 3 PM.
Price: $345

Promoting Indigenous Knowledge, importance of sustainability, food security, sharing (Teioteriwakhashiokwas), bartering, free trade, growth, and joy of coming together!
Share ,barter, trade harvested herbs, medicines, fruits, vegetables, hunted game, preserved goods, and crafts.
We will share our 2 10X10 tents ( first come,first serve). Bring own table & chairs ( Tents optional. Set up starts at 9 AM, Take down at 3 PM.
